Our scheme in Blackburn joined the network in 2016 and are hosted by SAMS (Scrap Art Material Store).
They collect paint locally from traders, retailers and manufacturers. Paint is available for individuals and groups to purchase. If you need paint we would recommend calling ahead to make sure they have the paint you need before visiting.
