NOTE: Veolia is working in partnership with Birmingham City Council to redevelop the Perry Barr Household Recycling Centre (HRC) and Waste Transfer Station. The new site will have improved facilities available to the public that will enhance the user experience, increase recycling, and continue the processing of waste and recycling with minimal disruption to the environment and area. The site is expected to reopen in Spring 2023.
In the meantime, please visit one of the following other household recycling centres to drop off paint for reuse: Sutton Coldfield, Castle Bromwich, Tyseley and Kings Norton.
If you have leftover paint from your home you can use the drop-off point on-site to pass your paint at the Perry Barr Household Recycling Centre, to be passed on to a Community RePaint scheme. The drop-off point is run by Veolia Environmental Services Birmingham.
