As a reuse centre, Percy Middlesbrough collects a range of resources that have been leftover by businesses and retailers in the surrounding area, which can then be used as low-cost art resources, rather than thrown away.

Their creative reuse centre encourages schools, pre-schools, community groups, families, individuals and anybody else to visit them to find an array of products to use for an exciting project.
 
Their Community RePaint scheme began in 2014 and since their opening they have helped numerous projects in their surrounding area source affordable paint. Missing Piece renovated the Wynyard Woodland Park Station House in Stockon-on-Tees, to create an arts programme to run out of their new venue. They sourced paint from Community RePaint Middlesbrough and with the help of National Citizen Service volunteers they began painting with the plan you can see below.
