  1. The promoter is: Community RePaint, managed by Resource Futures whose registered office is at The CREATE Centre, Smeaton Road, Bristol BS1 6XN.
  2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over, except employees and volunteers of AkzoNobel, our Community RePaint Schemes (click here for a full list: https://communityrepaint.org.uk/need-paint/find-your-nearest-scheme/) and Resource Futures, and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Instagram https://www.instagram.com/communityrepaint/; Facebook https://www.facebook.com/CommunityRePaint/; and Twitter https://twitter.com/Comm_RePaint.
  6. Closing date for entry will be 25 October 2020 at 23:59. After this date and time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  7. No responsibility can be accepted by the promoter for entries not received for whatever reason.
  8. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
    1. Share a photo on either Facebook, Twitter or Instagram of a paint project you completed
    2. Share a “before vs. after painting” photo for one extra entry
    3. Use the hashtag #MyTimeToPaint
    4. Tag us in the post (@communitrepaint; @CommunityRePaint; @Comm_RePaint)
  9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  10. The prize is as follows: a £25 paint voucher that can be used to purchase paint at one of the Community RePaint schemes, excluding our schemes at Household Waste and Recycling Centres. For a full list of schemes please visit: https://communityrepaint.org.uk/. The paint voucher includes the followings Terms and Conditions:
    1. The £25 paint voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
    2. Valid until 30/03/2021. Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
    3. As per our scheme regulations you cannot purchase more than the specified number of certain paints with this voucher. Please speak to the scheme about any regulations they have beforehand.
    4. The scheme management retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
    5. This voucher cannot be redeemed in order to purchase gift cards.
    6. Not applicable for online purchases.Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the promoter.
    7. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  11. The promoter will notify the winner when the prize will be delivered.
  12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her/their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  16. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: repaint@resourcefutures.co.uk
