Community RePaint Frome is proudly run by Fromebase, a community DIY reuse store in Frome selling high-quality materials for homes and community projects at up to 60% off the recommended retail price.
They stock surplus DIY supplies from the construction industry, giving valuable materials a second life and helping to reduce waste. Every purchase helps fund local initiatives such as DIY workshops and repair cafés, as well as making home improvements more affordable.
Pick up paint
Fromebase offers a wide range of sustainable, affordable paint options, including full and part tins of surplus paint from just £2 per litre.
The team collects surplus paint from retailers, traders, and manufacturers, so stock varies throughout the year. If you’re looking for a specific colour or type, it’s best to call ahead and check availability, better still, simply pay them a visit to discover a great range of sustainable and affordable paints for your home or project and be inspired.
Pass on paint
Fromebase does accept paint donations from households, but please contact them first to check capacity and suitability. Donations are accepted by arrangement only.
