Community RePaint Hull is celebrating a huge milestone after selling over 70,000 litres of paint since 2013!

Instead of being wasted, 70,000 litres of reusable paint have been used by individuals, charities and community groups, which has added colour to the lives over 30,000 people across Hull. Leftover, reusable paint was collected from decorators, retailers and businesses, all who made sure their leftover paint was made available for reuse, rather than being thrown away.

Paul Clarke, who runs Community RePaint Hull said:

‘Here at Community RePaint Hull, we are really proud of the achievements of our Community RePaint scheme. It is really valued by our customers as it allows them to freshen up their homes and community buildings at a more affordable cost. We couldn’t do any of this without the amazing support of our customers and the businesses that offer us their good quality, so we want to say a big thank you to them for all their support. It’s great to be part of a larger network where we all work together to achieve a common goal.’
