Midlands based artist Phil Lynch has finished a mural on the front of the The Schools and Community Arts Resource Facility (S.C.A.R.F) in Wolverhampton, just in time to celebrate Community RePaint’s 20th Anniversary this week (15th July).

Each panel of Phil’s art mural has been painted to represent a window, allowing you to peer in at the varied stock, with a few extra surprises included!  Phil did this with a mixture of donated RePaint paints and sharpened the edges with some spray paints. Each panel has it’s own charming characters and is telling it’s own story about life at S.C.A.R.F. Tucked away in one window you might even spot a Community RePaint paint pot!
