About the scheme

Our Community RePaint scheme in Exeter is run by Devon County Council in partnership with Suez and operated at Pinbrook Road Recycling Centre. At this site, you can drop off leftover paint from your home or collect free paint for your home or project.

Collect paint for reuse

Free paint is available to pick up from the Reuse Shop on site at Pinbrook Road Recycling Centre. To see what is available, visit Pinbrook Road Recycling Centre Reuse Shop during its opening hours. Visitors can expect to find a range of paint types, finishes, brands and colours that have been dropped of by local residents and saved from going to waste.

Drop off leftover paint

If you are a resident in Devon and have leftover paint from your home, you can pass it on for reuse at Pinbrook Road Recycling Centre.

Groups and individuals can then access the site to collect the paint and reuse it.

To drop off paint to Pinbrook Road Recycling Centre, visit during the opening hours and site staff will direct you to the paint drop-off area.

As this drop-off point is run by the local authority, the site is unable to accept paint donations from businesses. If you are a trader, retailer, manufacturer or other business with leftover paint, click here to find out how you can donate your leftover paint for reuse through the Community RePaint network.

Please note, if you live outside of the Devon County Council local authority area, you will not be eligible to drop-off paint at this site, a proof of address may be required to access the site.

Devon County Council also partner with Community RePaint at their recycling centres in Ivybridge, Newton Abbot, Exmouth and Barnstaple.
